Projects Server Migration Complete

2008-07-09The migration took a lot longer than expected but it appears to be done (report any issues to the proper authorities). The new server is running on new hardware (dual AMD Opteron 248 with 12G RAM) and new software (GForge AS 5.4).
We are looking forward to a more stable and reliable experience as well as all the new features. |
GForge Upgrade Completed

2004-03-22We have completed the upgrade. If you find bugs please let the project admin know with as much detail as possible.
FYI, the mailing lists are unreachable outside the departments network because of firewall issues that we are working on. |

2004-03-18We will be upgrading GForge this weekend. Interruptions of service are likely starting Friday night after 5pm. A news item will be posted when the upgrade is completed. |
New File Release System

2003-09-29We have implemented and installed a new file release system that includes click-thru licenses, tracking of downloads (for better stats), and moderated downloads. Bugs and feature requests should be submited to the Site Admin project.
Note, this work is based upon the GForge file release system source so it will also be GPL and will be released at some point in the future. If you are intereste... |

2003-04-24The Santos Lab projects site is up and running. Project managers (Todd and Jesse) are busy getting their respective projects running on this site including the source (CVS), the bugs (Bugzilla), and docs uploading and ready to go. |
